Scilly Spirit Distillery: Gin School and Distillery Tours

With a library of more than 60 botanicals, Scilly Spirit Distillery’s Gin School will guide you through flavour profiles to create your own spirit. While the still works its magic, you can choose a name for your gin and your finished bottle will be labelled to take home. The experience includes a gin and tonic, distillery tour, gin making experience, 50cl bottle of your own gin and a 50cl bottle of Island Gin. If you have less time, there is also the opportunity for a tour and tasting later in the day.
