The Gry Maritha and Lyonesse Lady will be taken out of service for two weeks on Sunday 16th October 2022 for their annual routine maintenance programme. We are planning on both vessels returning to service on Monday 31st October 2022.
During this time Scillonian III will be carrying all freight to and from the islands and the Swift Lady will be providing freight services to the off-islands. Due to reduced capacity on Scillonian II and Swift Lady there will unfortunately be some restrictions on freight volumes.
The Swift Lady will only carry small items and minimum quantities during this time. Please note that bulk orders and large heavy items cannot be carried. No single item can be in excess of 25kg as the vessel is unloaded by hand. Some dangerous goods cannot be carried on the Swift Lady.
We would like to advise all customers to stock up on non-perishable items & hazardous items (Dangerous Goods), as we will be prioritising time critical/perishable freight during this time.
Please could you make sure all freight is booked in with our freight office in Penzance at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
